Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red, medium-bodied wine with a lively palate featuring juicy red fruits like cherry, raspberry, and red currant, balanced by fine tannins, and a long, elegant finish with hints of spice and minerality.

Ben Carmody. Mad man, the guy I call Pizza Shop. He has his own little vineyard in the Great Southern. I'm not so sure on the labels but the Pinot is some of the best in the region. Dan Pannel (Head of Picardy) reckons so too.

About Winery
Ben Carmody is the man behind Out on a Limb. I've always known him as Pizza Shop. Wild eyed, uncouth, insane, hilarious. We met out in the surf as teenagers.
We often argue about the his winery name, and definitely about his labels (I reckon he's got to change them) but Dan Pannel (winemaker at Picardy) reckons he's got some pretty good Pinot and Riesling down there. And Dan's a good judge.
