Tasting Notes
white stone fruits like peach and nectarine, citrus, hints of sea breeze and gunflint, and subtle oak influence like creamy cashew or biscuity nougat. It boasts a vibrant, sherbet-like acidity and a refined, finely structured finish.

Fruit off three sites in Treeton. This is an excellent offering: it’s full of grapefruit and Meyer lemon, zest and pith, too. It’s racy thanks to fine acidity yet there’s texture across the slinky palate. Plus, it’s savoury, juicy and there’s a succulence throughout. I grew up with Jules (Julien Langworthy, owner of Nocturne) and watched him climb the ranks by winning awards at Deep Woods. Nocturne is his own project and, by the feedback and reception the wines have been receiving, he seems to have applied all nous, skill and passion from the Deep Woods days and amplified it.
